The following information will help you enjoy a carefree visit to our premier nail services.

CHECK-IN:
Please give yourself enough time. We recommend that you get to our nail 15 minutes before your appointment ( if you book removal services please come 20 minutes early). We try to start all services on time. If you are late for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to shorten your treatment accordingly. Thank you so much for understanding!
Nail repair policy:
We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our seven days service warranty policy will cover you for any such problems with no charge if its not caused by the service we provided. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction. Changing a color, Shapes, or nail designs will be charged as a new set.
Deposit/ Cancellation Policy:
A security deposit of $15 per service is required to book any service. The security deposit will go towards your services upon arrival. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If there are any changes or reschedule in your appointment, we will keep the deposit for your next appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment there will be no refund of the security deposit. No show/ no call will be charged 40% of the service you booked.
Children/ young people:
We offer special treatments for our young guests (12 or younger) with 20% off their services. A parent or other responsible adult must be present during the treatment.
Medical conditions:
When booking your treatment, please inform us of any particular medical conditions, such as allergies or injuries, that may influence your choice of treatment.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $150 IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY BRIDAL PARTY OR GROUP EVENT OF 4 OR MORE PEOPLE. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED OR IT CAN GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICES ONCE ALL PARTY MEMBERS SHOW UP. PLEASE NOTIFY US 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY CHANGES OR CANCELATION TO YOUR BRIDAL PARTY OR GROUP EVENT APPOINTMENT. THERE WILL BE A NO REFUND FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATION MADE AFTER 24 HOURS.
